Large serving spoon (9 3/4" long) handforged from mild steel, with a beautiful curly maple handle attached with two brass pins.
Spoon is given a traditional blacksmith finish, hot rubbed beeswax, to deepen the black color of the steel and offer rust protection. Curly maple is finished with a soak in Linseed oil, another traditional finish, to give a deep shine, and to protect it from water.
Not dishwasher safe! Handwash only.
